Cancellation Policy

📌 Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy We truly value the time of our clients and appreciate the same consideration in return. To ensure availability and allow us to properly prepare for each appointment, the following policy applies: ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $49 cancellation fee. 🚫 No-Show Appointments • Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged a $71 no-show fee. • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit prior to scheduling future appointments. ❤️ Emergencies & Exceptions We understand that unexpected situations arise. Fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of: • Illness • Emergencies • Severe weather conditions 📄 Agreement By scheduling an appointment with DMS Accounting Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
